Little Rock Creek Trail # 57

  

The Little Rock Creek trail is 4.5 miles long. It begins at Road 13201 and ends at Little Rock Creek Lake.

The first mile of trail begins above Lake Como and drops over to Little Rock Creek.  It then climbs to the lake with numerous steep stretches.  A point half way up can be confusing and users climb through a large, steep boulder area that runs water much of the year.  

The trail begins in the 1988 Rock Creek Fire area and shows natural fire processes and regeneration.  Little Rock Creek Lake provides good fishing and the trail offers scenic attractions and photographic opportunities.

There is limited parking at the trailhead.  Lake Como Campground is located approximately 3 miles from the trailhead.  The trail is not recommended  for stock.  The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking
