Directions:To access Pactola Point Picnic Area from Rapid City, travel west on State Highway 44 for approximately 15 miles. Turn left or south on 385. Travel 2 miles, crossing Pactola Dam, to reach Custer Gulch Road. Turn right or west onto Custer Gulch Road, and travel 1 mile to the beach. Turn right.
