Gros Ventre Entrance Interpretive Site
The Gros Ventre Entrance Interpretive Site is located on the Gros Ventre Road, where visitors leave Grand Teton National Park and enter into the Bridger-Teton National Forest. It is located adjacent to the Gros Ventre River, on a gorgeous stretch that is great for fishing, swimming, and wildlife viewing. The site itself is a kiosk with area information and maps. This site is a drive through pull off and can accommodate trailers. No cellular service is available.

Directions:Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head North on United States Highway 189 (US-189 same as North Cache Street) traveling about 7 miles, then make a right turn onto Lower Gros Ventre Road for about 8 miles, you will be passing through the town of Kelly, Wyoming, then make a right on Gros Ventre River Road (Forest Road 30400). Travel on the Gros Ventre River Road for approximately 2 miles, where you see the pullout for the Gros Ventre Entrance Interpretive Site on the right.
