Rough Ridge Campground

Area Status: Open

One of two group campgrounds located adjacent to Tellico River, each site in Rough Ridge Campground contains two picnic tables, two lantern posts, and a grill/firering. These sites can accommodate two 26 foot camping trailers and four cars.

Restrictions:	Food storage restrictions apply at all areas on the Cherokee National Forest. All food and beverages must be stored in an approved bear-proof container, your locked vehicle or hard-sided camper at all times unless being eaten, prepared, or transported.

General Information

Directions: From Tellico Plains - turn onto TN 165 for approximately 5 miles, turn right onto FR 210 going past Ranger Station. Campground will be approximately 17 miles upstream.
