This campground has 16 sites and no hookups. $19/night. A non-refundable service fee will be added to each reservation by Recreation.gov
Water, toilets, tables, fire pits, and dumpsters.

Reservations: | Reservations are made through Recreation.gov (1-877-444-6777) and recommended for summer season camping. Fees are charged during the summer season. Reservations may be made up to180 days prior to your desired arrival date in the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day in September). |

Campground Camping
Ptarmigan Creek is on the reservation system. For reservations, please visit the National Recreation Reservation Service website at www.recreation.gov. Some first come first served sites are available. The maximum stay is 14 nights.
General Info:
DirectionsTravel south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage to Crown Point, approximately 100 miles. The campground is located at Milepost 23.1.
Lots of spruce trees and a great view of the mountains.
General Notes
Popular activities include fishing for Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout and day hiking to Ptarmigan Lake. Enjoy the fish-viewing platform.
