Crescent Creek Campground

Area Status: Closed

Crescent Creek Campground is closed for 2022 season due to hazardous tree removal in the campground and surrounding area. Closure order

During the off-season there is no water, no trash service, and no fees.  Please pack out all garbage. Outhouse/toilet facilities may be unavailable.

Reservations are made though (1-877-444-6777) and recommended for summer camping. Fees are charged during the summer season. Reservations may be made up to180 days prior to your desired arrival date in the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day in September).

A small campground with 9 sites. $14 (single)/$28 (double)

General Information


Travel south on the Seward Highway to the Sterling Highway. Turn towards Soldotna at the Y. This campground is located at mile 3 of the Quartz Creek Road.

Terrain is spruce forest near Crescent Creek.

General Notes:

Campgrounds are generally open from mid-May to Mid-September, depending on the weather.

Firewood is available from the camp host.
