Wintergreen Trail

Groomed snow trail with tracks for classical cross country skiing in pine stand

This trail is non-motorized and because it is close to the City of Park Falls, gets more year round use than many of the other trails in the area. Trail Lengths: Aspen Loop- .73 Mi; Beaver Loop- 3.09 Mi; Cedar Loop- 2.13 Mi; and Deer Loop- 1.20 Mi. What to expect: There is some topography so the trails are not flat which is nice for skiing, hiking, fat tire biking and mountain biking. Groomed for classical cross country skiing in the winter, this trail system provides difficult levels from beginner to expert skiers. Check the Cross-Country Ski Trail Report for current conditions of this trail. Because the parking lot is shared with the Flambeau ATV trail, this area definitely has a more motorized or developed feel to it.
