Gillette Ridge Motorcycle #131
Gillette Ridge is a multi use trail constructed for single track motorcycles. It has 13.1 miles to offer which includes two connecting loop routes. If you are looking for a longer ride or hike on the mountain, these loop routes will provide you with fun additional excursions. the trail is a moderate to difficult traverse and offers three separate access points. (Rogers Mountain, Clinton Creek and Onion Creek) Rogers Mountain has evidence of an old fire lookout to explore and the view of Aladdin Vally to the East is breathtaking. Recommended season for traversing the trail is late Spring to mid Fall when you can enjoy identifying all of the fresh new wildflowers and wildlife which includes whitetail deer, elk, black bear and wolves.

Directions:
Roger Mountain Trailhead From Colville, WA: Travel state Route 20 one mile east of Colville. Turn north on county road 9435 and follow for 19 miles. Take Forest Service road 500 for 6.4 miles to trailhead.
Comstock Trail Head from Colville, WA; Take E 2nd Ave to US-395 N/N Main St (0.2 mi). Head north on N Maple St toward E 2nd Ave 197 ft. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto E 2nd Ave 0.2 mi. Take Williams Lake Rd and Clugston Creek-Onion Creek Rd/Onion Creek Rd to Lee Hedrick Rd 19 min (12.1 mi). Turn right at the 3rd cross street onto US-395 N/N Main St Continue to follow US-395 N 0.5 mi. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto US-395 W/WA-20 W 1.7 mi. Turn right onto Echo Valley Rd/Williams Lake Rd Continue to follow Williams Lake Rd 5.8 mi. Turn right onto Douglas Falls Rd 0.2 mi. Continue onto Clugston Creek-Onion Creek Rd/Onion Creek Rd 4.0 mi. Drive to Comstock Mine Rd 19 min (4.5 mi). Turn right onto Lee Hedrick Rd 459 ft. Turn left onto Comstock Mine Rd 1.9 mi. The Comstock Mine road (C-4628) turns into FS Road 8000010. Travel for 2 miles. Turn left onto FS Road 8000030. Trailhead parking area is on your right.
