Gillette Campground


Area Status: Closed

The campsites are nice and big but not private. A covered area with a large tree trunk is an interesting attraction along with access to Rufus and Springboard Trails. Gillette Lake is in walking distance. The Springboard Trail #149 leaves from this campground.

  • Pets must be on leash   
  • Trail open to motorcycles only leaving from the campground          
  • Maximum length of stay: 14 days       
  • Food and wildlife attractants must be properly stored at all times

  • Camping: 50% discount for single site camping fees, with any of these passes: Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age and Golden Access. Discount not available on double or group sites.
  • Day use: $45 Concessionaire Season Pass accepted. No other recreation passes honored.

Directions:

From Colville, WA:  Head east on HWY 20 for approx. 20 miles to the Colville National Forest campground sign. Turn right onto Pend Oreille Lake rd and go 1.2 miles to campground entrance.
