This is a difficult 5.2 miles one way trail. Trail is densely wooded with moderate to steep grades. Connects with the Halliday Trail #522 and the North Fork Trail #507 for additional hiking. This area is closed to motorized use.

Directions:
From Metaline Falls, WA: Follow State Highway 31 north for 2.4 miles to the junction of Sullivan Lake Road (County Road 9345). Turn right (south) and follow the Sullivan Lake Road for 3.9 miles to the trailhead.
