Bog Springs Campground

Bog Springs offers some exceptional scenery, either right from your campsite or a short walk away. Many visitors unfamiliar with Arizona will be surprised by the high grasslands that climb the slopes of the Santa Rita Mountains, the thick oak woodlands, and the conifer forest that covers the mountain tops.

Operational Hours: Open year-round. 14 day stay limit  Day use outside campground rquires $8 day use fee or a Forest Pass. 
Reservations: All sites are first come first served.

Fees: Single site: $20.  With Golden Age/Access or Interagency Senior/Access pass $10. Payable with cash or check.
Restrictions: No RV hook-ups. Pets must be leashed. Firewood is not available. Bring your own firewood or charcoal or a camp stove for cooking. Limit 2 vehicles and 10 persons per site. 14 day stay limit. Observe quiet hours between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am. No loud music allowed.
Closest Towns: Nearest medical facilities and additional supplies are at Green Valley.

General Information

Directions: Drive south from Tucson on Interstate 19 to the Continental Road/Madera Canyon Exit. Turn east and follow the Madera Canyon signs 12.5 miles to the campground. The entire route is paved.
