This park was the site of a reservoir, before Condit Dam's removal from the White Salmon River in 2011. Today, it is a small park owned and managed by Pacific Power that provides a key take-out locations for boaters on the Lower White Salmon River Wild & Scenic River.

From White Salmon, WA: Travel west along Washington State Route 14 until its intersection with Washington State Route 141 Alternative. Turn right (north) and travel approximately 4 miles to Northwestern Lake/Park.

Fishing for stocked rainbow trout by boat with some limited shore access from late April to February. This site also offers a fishing dock and public boat launch as well as a picnic and swimming area.
