Bad Canyon Trail (# 94) is 5 miles long. Trail begins at T4S R 15E Sec 16, passes Beartrap Trail  No. 95 junction, and ends at Forest Boundary T4S R 15E Sec 1. The trail is accessed by hiking 7.1 miles on Beartrap Trail (# 95). Elevation change: 640 feet. The trail is open for the following uses: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding.

Directions:

The best access is from the Bridger Trailhead. From here, hike 5.3 miles on Beartrap Trail (#95) to the intersection of Bad Canyon Trail.

Directions to Bridger TH from the district office:
Drive north on US Hwy 212 towards Red Lodge for 2.1 miles and turn left (west) onto MT-78. Drive 32.8 miles to the town of Absarokee. Turn left (west) onto MT-420. Drive 6.9 miles and turn right onto Spring Creek Rd. Drive 1.7 miles and turn right onto Stockade Rd. In 5.6 miles, this road changes names to Bridger Rd. Continue another 5 miles and turn left to continue on Bridger Creek Rd. Drive approximately 2 miles to the parking turnout on your left (south).
