Pebble Beach Trail #237 is short, steep trail that provides access to the Pebble Beach climbing area. The trail is located in the Red River Gorge on Cumberland Ranger District.

General Information


This trail does not meet accessibility standards for persons with disabilities.


Traveling east on the Mountain Parkway, take exit 33 at Slade. Turn left and then left again onto KY 11/15. After 1.4-mile, turn right on KY 77. Follow 77 through Nada Tunnel and across the Red River, turning left onto a gravel road after crossing the river. Follow this gravel road, which will turn back to pavement, for approximately 3 miles before turning right onto the gravel Indian Creek Road. Follow this road to roadside pull-offs just before the bridge. The Pebble Beach Trail begins near these pull-offs.


Parking is available at Indian Creek roadside pull-offs just before the bridge.
