This section of the Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail is located on Cumberland Ranger District. It begins in Natural Bridge State Resort Park and ends at KY 1036 (Standing Rock). The main attractions are high cliffs and Whites Branch Arch.

Directions:

Turn south off the Mountain Parkway at Slade to KY 11. Continue southeast for 2.3 miles to Natural Bridge State Resort Park.
