Rock Creek Campsite

Located at Crane Prairie Reservoir, this campground offers excellent fishing and bird watching opportunities.  Almost all the sites are large and isolated from the other sites.

Reservations: Reservations can be made online through or by calling toll free 1-877-444-6777 (International 606-515-6777 or TDD 877-833-6777). 
  • Camping: Per night, per site fee: $16/first vehicle; $8/each additional vehicle.  
  • Day use: $5/vehicle/day at Rock Creek Boating Site and picnic area or valid recreation pass.
NOTE: Holders of a Golden Age and Golden Access Passports and Senior and Access Passes are entitled to the following discounts on expanded amenity recreation fees: -  A 50 percent discount on the fee for a single camping unit. This discount does not apply to use of a cabin, lookout, double camping unit, triple camping unit, group camping unit, extra vehicle fees, or any additional camping units and separately charged utility, water, hook-up or day use fees.

Campground Camping

This campground is spread out along the shore of Crane Prairie Reservoir on the west side of the lake just off the Cascade Lakes Highway. Almost all the sites are large and isolated from the other sites. Groups of campers might want to check the map in order to camp in a whole cul-de-sac of sites. Many of the sites are located on the shore of the lake. There is a fish cleaning station at the boat ramp. A valid recreation pass is needed to use the boat ramp and/or day use area.  Drinking water is available from a couple of hand pumps.

The following sites are reservable through Hoodoo Recreation: 002, 003, 009-026.
