Green Lake

Green Lake above Deer Creek Lake

A small boulder rimmed lake near Deer Creek Lake.  Hike the Deer Creek Lake Trail # 34015 and 34048 then follow the faint unmaintained trail that leads to Green lake from the north western end of Deer Creek Lake.   Other lakes in the area include Chriss Lake and Mooseman Reservoir.

Directions:

The trailhead is north of Hwy 12 at approximately milepost 96.8, north of Boulder. There is a sign along the highway. Drive 0.4 miles to the parking area and trailhead register. Hike to lake.
