King Creek Loop


This loop begins at the Tropic Reservoir Trailhead, allowing you to fish in the morning and ride an Off Highway Vehicle in the afternoon.  This loop winds through beautiful mixed conifer forests with breathtaking high vista views along the way. The Tropic Reservoir Trailhead offers an OHV loading ramp.

General Information

Directions:

Access this loop by turning off SR 12 onto East Fork road No.087 drive approximately 7 miles to road No. 572.  Turn right on this road toward King Creek Campground. If you are want to off load off-highway vehicle (OHV), park your full size vehicle in the Tropic Reservoir Trailhead above the Tropic Reservoir boat ramp.

This parking area is large with a loading ramp and vault toilet.
