Directions:This trailhead is located in Willow Creek Canyon about 17 miles north and east of Salina Utah at the intersection of Forest Road #001 and #004.
Directions:
Anthony Flat Trailhead is located in Willow Creek Canyon about 17 miles northeast of Salina Utah, at the intersection of FR001 and FR004. In Salina at the junction of Main Street and State Street, head north on State Street (US- 89) for approximatley 4 miles. Turn right (east) on Willow Creek Road (FR001) and continue approximatley 13 miles to the trailhead.

The Fishlake National Forest has completed a route designation process as shown on the official Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) dated August 2007.
