Gooseberry Snowmobile Trailhead
Gooseberry Snowmobile Trailhead is located along the Gooseberry Road (640) among pinyon and juniper trees. Sevier County plows snow to the gate at the trailhead. Facilities include a large gravel parking lot, vault restroom and information kiosk. The Gooseberry/Fish Lake groomed (by State of Utah) snowmobile trail climbs rapidly to the summit of Niotche Divide. The trail can be difficult and challenging for inexperienced riders. Always carry a beacon and safety equipment. Once on top, expansive play areas reward those who make the climb. Beautiful scenery abounds and makes this trail popular. Please pack-out what you pack-in.
