Directions:

Middle Box Creek Trailhead is located about 10.5  miles west of Greenwich Utah, along FR068. From Greenwich take UT-62 north for 0.7 miles and turn left (west) onto the lower Box Creek Road (FR068) for 8.5 miles. Turn left on FR068 for 1.3 miles. The trailhead will be on the right.
