ANTHONY FLAT TRAILHEAD
Anthony Flat Trailhead is in a beautiful meadow with conifer and aspen trees around the edges for shade. There is dispersed camping, a vault restroom, and an information kiosk. Camping, hunting, wildlife viewing, hiking, and OHV riding on designated routes are fun activities. The trailhead is over 7,700 feet in elevation so come prepared for cool temperatures and mountain conditions. Please pack-out what you pack-in. Camping stay limit is 16 days.

Anthony Flat Trailhead is located in Willow Creek Canyon about 17 miles northeast of Salina Utah, at the intersection of FR001 and FR004. In Salina at the junction of Main Street and State Street, head north on State Street (US- 89) for approximately 4 miles. Turn right (east) on the Willow Creek Road (FR001) and continue approximately 13 miles to the trailhead.

The Fishlake National Forest has completed a route designation process as shown on the official Motor Vehicle Use Map (MVUM) dated August 2007.
The State of Utah does not have reciprocity ATV/OHV licensing agreement with other states. To purchase a Non-Resident OHV Permit visit the Utah Department of Natural Resources website.
