Trail #121 Coleman Weedpatch

This trail is open to hiker and horse use only.

Trail #121 starts on Forest Road 2160 a few miles before Walupt Lake Campground at the Coleman Weedpatch Trailhead.  The trail heads south along the border of Goat Rocks Wilderness through dense second growth conifers and ends on the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000.

The Coleman Weedpatch Horse Trail #121A is a short access trail connecting Walupt Horse Camp to the Coleman Weedpatch Trail #121. The trailhead is about a mile west of Walupt Lake on Forest Road 2160 where Coleman Weedpatch Trail #121 heads into the Goat Rocks Wilderness.

General Information


From Randle, Washington travel south on State Highway 131 (Forest Roads 23 and 25). Veer left in 1 mile at the Y of Forest Road 23 and Forest Road 25. Follow Forest Road 23 for 17.5 miles then turn left onto Forest Road 21. Follow Forest Road 21 for 12.6 miles and turn right on Forest Road 2160. Follow Forest Road 2160 for 2.7 miles and arrive at Coleman Weedpatch Trailhead on your right.
