This 2.9 mile trail begins on Forest Road 5603.042 and follows an old road for a short distance, offering views of Mt. Adams. The trail passes through an open conifer forest, and then breaks into semi-open meadows with more views of Adams. The trail meets Green Mountain Trail #110 then continues for at least another mile before ending at its junction with High Lakes Trail #116.

Spring Creek Trail is believed to have been a Native American travel route between berry picking camps at Horseshoe Lake and fishing sites along the Cispus River. Several peeled cedar trees can be seen near the trailhead. Look for rectangular scars in the bark. Native people in the area used these pieces of bark to make baskets for berry picking.
