This trail is open to hiker use only.

Take a short hike up Camp Creek and you will be rewarded with a spectacular view of a 30-foot waterfall. The trail climbs through a mixed conifer hardwood forest, continues along a steep side slope before ending within 20 feet of the waterfall.

When heading Southeast on Forest Road 23, the official trail access is less than 1/8 mile North (left) prior to gravel parking area that is after the new large culvert replacement. Another trail is at the gravel parking area but does not provide same view and often has down limbs and trees across path.

Current Conditions: 3/15/24: Access to official trail is just north (left) of the gravel parking area above the brand new culvert replacement.  Generally a steep but quick hike to a view of a impressive waterfall. There is another trail from parking area that is to a different view and access. Down trees and limbs on trail leading up to viewpoint for waterfall.

General Information

Directions:

From Randle, Washington travel south on State Highway 131 (Forest Roads 23 and 25). Veer left in 1 mile at the Y of Forest Road 23 and Forest Road 25. Continue to follow Forest Service Road 23 for 8.4 miles and arrive at the trail on the left. There is a small parking area on the right. The trail is just before you cross Camp Creek.
