Trail #110 Green Mountain

Area Status: Unreachable

This trail is open to motorcycles, hikers, horses and bicycles.

This trail offers views of Mount St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Rainier. Wild flower viewing and huckleberry picking occur along the trail as well.

From Forest Road 5601 the trail climbs to the 017 spur. The trail follows the road for 1.9 miles, then climbs to the summit of Green Mountain. From here, it descends to the junction with Spring Creek Trail #115.

Directions:

From Randle, Washington travel south on State Highway 131 (Forest Roads 23 and 25). Veer left in 1 mile at the Y of Forest Road 23 and Forest Road 25. Continue to follow Forest Service Road 23 for 17.5 miles then turn left onto Forest Road 21. Follow Forest Road 21 for 4.6 miles and turn right onto Forest Road 56. Follow Forest Road 56 for .5 miles and turn right on Forest Road 5601. Follow Forest Road 5601 for 1.3 miles and arrive at the trail on your left.
