This trail begins on Trail #44 Cowlitz within William O. Douglas Wilderness and passes through a gently rolling landscape that is dotted with many lakes. The trail ends at the Pacific Crest Trail #2000.
Alert: Stock users should avoid this trail until late July due to excessive moisture in the trail tread.
