Campground: Wakepish Group Campground

In a mature and varied forest setting, this site is near Mount St. Helens and Forest Road 99. There is a paved road to camp with a small shelter and toilet. Forest Road 99 ends at Windy Ridge, which provide sweeping views of Mount St. Helens and into the crater. Here visitors will find access to sweeping vistas, remote forest lakes, and high mountian elevations. In the winter this area becomes a snow park.

General Information
Directions:
From Randle, WA head south on WA-131 S for 2.7 miles. Then continue onto Forest Road 25 for another 17 miles. From Forest Road 25, turn east on Road 99, a short distance to turn off, into parking area.
