Provides access to: Three Peaks Trail #69 which enters Goat Rocks Wilderness.

Current Conditions: 9/1/23: This trailhead and trail will remain closed after Closure Forest Order Expires on 9/6/23. This area remains hazardous due to it being severely being burned and damaged by the 2022 Goat Rocks Fire.
Permit Info: Wilderness permits are required. The self-issuing permits are free and are available at trailheads.

General Information

Directions:

From Packwood, WA travel on US-12 East for 2.8 miles then turn right onto Lake Creek Road. Take the first left on to Forest Road 1266. Follow 1266 to the trailhead.  

Vehicles should park on Road 1266.070. The trail starts a short distance past the point where Road 1266 is blocked to vehicle traffic.
