Trail #112 Divide Camp

This Trail Open to Hiker and Equestrian Use.
From the trailhead Divide Camp Trail heads southeast up the side of Mt. Adams, crossing into Mt. Adams Wilderness at 0.2 of a mile. The trail runs though forests and across attractive mountain meadows with seasonal wildflowers, and views of the mountain. About 2 miles up the trail a short side trail leads to Divide Camp. The trail ends on the Pacific Crest Trail #2000 at about 6000 feet.

General Information
Directions:From Trout Lake, WA, take Mt. Adams Road then stay left on Forest Road 23 towards Randle. Follow Forest Road 23 for about 22 miles. Then take Forest Road 2329 (towards Takhlakh Lake) for 2.7 miles to the trailhead.
Trail can also be accessed from the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000.

Recreation areas with activity Backpacking: This trail begins along Road 2329 and heads southeast for 0.2 mile before entering the Mt. Adams Wilderness. The trail continues through forests and open meadows. About 2 miles in, a side trail heads to the southwest for 0.25 mile to Divide Camp. The first views along this trail are from Divide Camp Meadows. The main trail ends on the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000.Horse Riding
