Hubbard Canyon #704
The Hubbard Canyon Trail #704 begins at a parking area at the north end of, Condemn It Park Road, Forest Service Road #704, which is also the Gunnison National Forest boundary. The first mile or so of the trail is open to horseback and mountain bikes, but soon becomes impassable to all but foot traffic. It is an old road that has been washed out in spots and covered over by mud and rock slides in other places. This has left the trail in a bad state of repair with sections that are nearly impossible for horse traffic and so horses are not recommended. The north end of the trail ends at private land.
