Memorial Falls Trail - Trail Number 738


The Memorial Falls Trail (738) is an excellent one hour round-trip hike with 0.5 mile walk to two scenic falls just off Highway 89. The trail winds along the creek. The recommended season of use is early summer to mid-autumn.

Bears may frequent the area; keep all food out of sight in approved containers and remove all food from area after eating. Mandatory food storage is required.

Memorial falls does have some handicapped accessible features. The rest area, parking lot and bridge area all accessible, but the trail is narrow and steep in most locations.

Located 1.6 miles southeast of Neihart on US Highway 89. The trailhead is on the east side of the road.
