Mammoth Lakes Basin is located through town, just 5 to 10 minutes drive. 77 campsites. The campground is located along Coldwater Creek.

General Information
Directions:Take US 395 to State Highway 203. Head west to and through the town of Mammoth Lakes. Hwy 203 becomes Main Street, and then becomes Lake Mary Road which will lead to the Lakes Basin. Past the 1st lake take the 2nd left. 2nd campground on the left.

Traveling in Bear Country
Historically, there has been a high level of bear activity at Coldwater Campground. A bear-proof locker is located at each site at Coldwater Campground. All food and scented items must be stored in the lockers. All trash must be disposed of in the bear proof trash receptacles. Do not store food, trash or scented items in your vehicle.
