Horseshoe Lake Trail Single Track

The trail goes around the perimeter of the lake, and offers panoramic ciews of snow-capped backcountry peaks. The trail begins at the west end of the lake. Several bridges cross inlets. The dense lodgepole forest offers good shade and the trail is excellent, following mostly flat terrain on a firm surface.
Horseshoe lake is also a popular picnic spot.
Watch for hikers on the trail.
Observe the CO2 caution signs.
