Shadow Falls Trail #513
This trail offers a view of a very scenic 20-25 foot waterfall cascading over a moss covered rock face. A split log footbridge with rustic log rails crosses the creek below the falls allowing hikers access under and behind the waterfall. Fern Falls, a smaller waterfall, can be viewed about .2 miles from the parking lot when hiking to Shadow Falls.

General Information
Directions:Access #1: From Coeur d¿Alene, Idaho drive east on I-90 taking Kingston Exit #43. After exiting, travel north on Forest Highway 9 (FH9) 23.1 miles to Forest Road #208 (FR208). Continue on FR208 for 14.4 miles to FR2367 Beetle Creek Road. From the turn-off on FR2367 follow the signs to Shadow Falls. It is approximately 4.5 miles to the 7-car parking lot located at the trailhead.
Access #2: From Wallace travel north 16.3 miles over Dobson Pass on FR456 to the junction with FH9. Travel east 1.8 miles on FH9 to FR208. From here follow Access #1.
