Dorr Skeels Campground
Dorr Skeels Campground is located 13 miles south of Troy on Hwy 56. The Dorr Skeels Campground has 8 overnight campsites, including one host site, with tables and fire rings, 5 sites are in the tent camping only area. The 2 sites for RV's are located near the swimming beach. Amenities include potable water, vault toilets, swimming area with beach and a fully developed boat ramp with dock. Information Center: | Directions: From Troy follow Hwy 2 east for 3 miles to the junction with Hwy 56. Turn and follow Hwy 56 for approximately 13 miles, turn right on Dorr Skeels road 1117 and follow to the campground. Laundry, gas, ice and store are located in Troy. |

The beach at Dorr Skeels is sandy with small gravel. The slope into the water is gradual.

Fish species include eastern brook and rainbow trout, kokanee salmon, bull trout, large mouth bass, grayling, whitefish and perch.
The surface area of of the lake is 1,162.4 acres and the shore line is 12.1 miles. The maximum depth of the lake is 64 feet.
