Swisher Lake Campground
The Swisher Lake Campground is located 8 miles northwest of Eureka on Sophie Bay road 7160. The campground has 4 sites with tables and fire rings. Amenities include a vault toilet, hitching rack and easy access to the lake. The access road to the campground is 0.42 miles long and closed to all motorized traffic. This campground is popular with horsemen and hikers.

Pets are welcome, but must be leashed. Lighting of fireworks is not allowed on National Forest System Lands. |

Information Center: | Directions: From Eureka follow Hwy 37 south for 2 miles and turn right onto Airport road. Follow Airport road for 3 miles to the junction with Tetrault Lake road. Turn left and follow for 2 miles to the junction with Sophie Lake Road. Turn right and follow for approximately 1.5 miles to Swisher Lake road 7160B gate. Laundry, ice, gas and store are located in Eureka. |

SwisherLake is 9 acres in size. Therefore limiting it to a no-wake lake.
Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks regulate all watercraft operating on public lakes and reservoirs that are 35 acres or fewer are limited to a no-wake speed.
This lake is also behind a locked gate, with a hike of 0.42 miles. This may be a limiting factor to motorized boat travel
