General Information

Directions: From the junction of Montana highways 83 and 20 (also known as "Clearwater Junction") travel east on Montana nighway 200 for 19.5 miles. Turn north on North Fork Blackfoot Road #5550 and follow the signs 12 miles on a gravel road to the campground.
General Notes: A picnic table and fire ring is available at each campsite. 19 miles to groceries and gas. Pack out your own trash. Fishing and primitive boat launch on Cooper's Lake. 7 miles by trail to Bob Marshall and Scapegoat wildernesses. Patrolling volunteer campground hosts. Periodic law enforcement patrols.
