Lake Inez Campground

This small campground is adjacent to Lake Inez. All sites are shady.

Group Site Reservations Required through Recreation.gov Memorial Day-Labor Day. Individual sites are first come, first served.

Off-season: open free of charge with limited services.
Rentals & Guides: Boat, canoe and bike rentals available in the town of Seeley Lake.
Fees: $10/night for the 5 individual sites. No reservations for individual sites. $5 fee for each additional vehicle after two vehicles.

There is a $50 per night fee for the group site which can accommodate 15 people and can be reserved. Reservations are available for this site from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to the Tuesday after Labor Day. This is the only site available for reservation at Lake Inez. For reservations, visit Recreation.gov.

General Information

Directions: From the town of Seeley Lake, travel 9 miles north on Montana highway 83. The campground is on the west side of the highway.
General Notes: A picnic table and fire ring is available at each campsite. Boat launch available. Patrolling volunteer campground hosts. Periodic law enforcement patrols.

Campground Camping

On the south end of Lake Inez, this campground offers shade and lake access. It's a great place to be on a hot summer day.

Lake and Pond Fishing

This is a popular spot for fishing from a boat as well as from the shore.

Boating - Motorized

Lake Inez is a popular spot for motor boating and jet skiing. The boat launch is not as developed as other sites.

Boating - Non-Motorized

Non-motorized boating is a great way to view wildlife and appreciate the landscape in the area. Motorized boating is permitted on this lake, so most non-motorized boats find areas away from high traffic watercraft use. Early mornings are also a good time for non-motorized craft.
