Baldwin Beach

Baldwin Beach is located on National Forest land on the South Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe approximately three miles northwest of South Lake Tahoe on Highway 89 and is operated by campground concessionaire, Tahoe Recreation, a division of Vista Recreation. Restrooms and some picnic tables are available. Campfires (wood, charcoal or any other solid fuels) are not permitted. Portable stoves with an on/off switch are allowed with a valid permit.

Directions:

Baldwin Beach is located on the lake side of Highway 89 across from Mt. Tallac Road.

From Tahoe City: Take Highway 89 south around Emerald Bay.

From South Lake Tahoe: Take Highway 89 northeast.
