This quiet beach location is nestled among native pine trees. Pope Beach is a National Forest day-use area operated by private concessionaire, Tahoe Recreation a division of Vista Recreation. Restrooms and picnic tables are available.
Please note: Wood and charcoal fires are not permitted. Propane (gas) stoves and appliances with an on/off valve are allowed with a valid CA Campfire Permit.
