Indian Creek Trail #364
This trail leads through alpine meadows and wild onion fields in the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness. After the first 3 miles, water is available off and on. The trail is very steep at the lower end.
The trail has not been logged out or maintained for a few seasons and becomes hard to find.

From Prairie City, OR., take US Highway 26 west approximately 4 miles to the junction with County Road 55. Follow County Road 55 about 3 miles to the junction with County Road 71. Follow County Road 71 for approxmiately 2 miles to the junction with Forest Road 7101. Follow Forest Road 7101 for approximately 3 miles. The trail begins on the right hand side of the road, just past the Forest Service boundary at the left hand curve.

Visitors to the trail travel through ponderosa pine trees into the wilderness. Hikers should be aware that this trail has not been cleared out for a few seasons and is difficult to travel. The trail becomes almost non-existant just a mile in, please use caution.
