Indian Creek Trail #364
This trail leads through alpine meadows and wild onion fields in the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness. After the first 3 miles, water is available off and on. The trail is very steep at the lower end.
The trail has not been logged out or maintained for a few seasons and becomes hard to find.

General Information
Directions:From Prairie City, OR., take US Highway 26 west approximately 4 miles to the junction with County Road 55. Follow County Road 55 about 3 miles to the junction with County Road 71. Follow County Road 71 for approxmiately 2 miles to the junction with Forest Road 7101. Follow Forest Road 7101 for approximately 3 miles. The trail begins on the right hand side of the road, just past the Forest Service boundary at the left hand curve.

Recreation areas with activity Backpacking:Visitors to the trail travel through ponderosa pine trees into the wilderness. Hikers should be aware that this trail has not been cleared out for a few seasons and is difficult to travel. The trail becomes almost non-existant just a mile in, please use caution.
