Lords Trail

Area Status: Open

The Lords Trail #5102 (Arapeen Route #66) is 1.2 miles in length and provides a link between Forest Road #50166 south of Joes Valley Reservoir and Forest Road #52368 on North Horn Mountain.  The Trail passes through open shrub/grasslands vegetation.

Restrictions: Open to:  Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding, Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) less than or equal to 50 inches wide. This trail is closed seasonally to motorized use each season to protect wildlife on winter range.

Water: Nearest drinking water is available at Joes Valley Campground.
Restroom: Vault toilet at Joes Valley Campground.

General Information


From Orangeville, head north on Main Street for approximately 0.7 miles. Continue onto UT-29 and travel approximately 17.6 miles.  Turn left onto Forest Road #50170 and travel approximately 4.6 miles.  Turn left onto Forest Road #50166 and continue approximately 1.6 miles to Lords Trail #5102 located on your right.
