Gooseberry Trail
The Gooseberry Trail #445 is 3.3 miles long. This trail connects Forest Road #094 (East Gooseberry) and Forest Road #106 (South Cottonwood). This trail is very steep and rocky. It can be slippery following rain/snow events. This trail can be combined with Elk Ridge Road (#088), Forest Trail #010 (Chimney Park/Horse Flat) and South Cottonwood Road (#106) to create a loop. This trail and #010 (Chimney Park/Horse Flat) include steep sections which may be problematic for novice horseback and motorized vehicle riders. Please use caution, know your limits and respect them.

General Information
Directions:From Blanding, travel south on US-191 for approximately 3.9 miles. Turn right onto UT-95 and continue approximately 6.3 miles. Turn right onto South Elks Road #092 and travel approximately 19.9 miles. Turn right onto Elk Ridge Road #088 and travel approximately 13.8 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road #094 and continue 0.4 miles to Gooseberry Trail #445 located on your right.
