General Information
Directions: From Laramie, take WY 130 west to the Forest Boundary (near Centennial, WY), and then travel 1 mile west to the Libby Creek Recreation Area (on south side of Snowy Range Highway). Spruce CG is on the left, beyond Forest Road 351 (Barber Lake Road).Activities
River and Stream Fishing
Libby Creek supports populations of brook and brown trout. Barber Lake, which is located to the west along Forest Road 351, is annually stocked with rainbow trout by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
