Curtis Gulch Campground is located at 6600' elevation at the end of Forest Road 658, about 4 miles inside the forest boundary.  It is located in the Laramie Peak area and is managed by the Douglas Ranger District.  It has six campsites with picnic tables, toilets, fire grates and drinking water along scenic La Bonte Creek in the midst of the canyon. The campsites will accommodate trailers under 22 feet in length.

Fees $10.00/site for picnicking or overnight use. Restroom, trash, and water services. When Fee Area signs are removed (approx mid-Oct through mid-May), camping in the campground is allowed with no fee charged.  No water or trash services will be available but the Vault Toilet will be unlocked.

Restrictions: No horses in the campground. Wyoming State OHV stickers are required for driving any Forest Service OHV trails.
Closest Towns: Douglas, which is a full-service community, 35 miles north.

Directions: Directions from Douglas: Travel 20 miles southwest on State Hwy. 91, 14 miles south on County Road 16, and 4 miles east on Forest Road 658.
