Black Mountain TH: Trail #1185

This 7.2-mile one-way single track Trail # 1185 takes off the 110.3B road and goes north, connecting to the Black Mountain Trail. The trail is for non-motorized use and is great for backpacking, birding, and camping. It is not heavily trafficked, but is challenging, and is best accessed in the summer and fall months when snow is melted.

General Information

Directions: From Craig, CO. Travel north on Highway 13 11.5 miles, then east on Moffat County Road 27. Continue on gravel road, which turns into Forest Road 110 at Forest Boundary. Go another 4 miles, trail takes off to the north side of the road.
