Noble Knob Trail 1184

High alpine meadows, fields of wildflowers, great views of Mt. Rainier and gentle ascent make this trail an excellent hike. If you go early in the day you might catch glimpses of deer, elk and other wildlife along the trail. Many viewpoints on your way to the summit will keep your interest. Noble Knob once hosted a fire lookout and is a great place to relax, have lunch and enjoy the views.

South to North: Start at Corral Pass and on part trail, part abandoned road. Your first chance to view Mt. Rainier is at mile 1.5. A little further along come to the Deep Creek Trail 1196  junction at mile 1.8.

The next section of the trail you will cross multiple forest roads. At mile 5.0 is the first road switchback where you will resume the trail ahead on the left side. At mile 5.6 cross FS road 7222610.
