This is an easy trail around a beautiful alpine lake. Access from Boulder Lake Campground (area is unavailable).

The best way to reach this trail is from Forest Road 4880.  From the trailhead, head west on Boulder Lake Trail #463 and travel 0.4 mile to the junction with this trail.  This trail can also be reached from Bonney Meadows Campground by following Boulder Lake Trail #463 1.7 miles south to the beginning of this trail.

General Information

Directions:

From Hood River, OR head south on Highway 35 to the junction of Forest Road 48. Head southeast on Forest Road 48 to the junction with Forest Road 4890 from the left fork. Choose the left side of the fork to transfer to the Forest Road 4880. The Boulder Lake Trailhead will be on the westside of the road.
