Green Canyon Campground & Day Use Area

Green Canyon Campground sits in a canyon that was carved out by the scenic Salmon River. The campground sits next to this popular river and is nestled among old-growth trees. There are several hiking trails nearby including those that take you to the surrounding Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness.

Directions:Directions from Sandy, OR - Travel southeast on Highway 26 to Forest Road 2618 (about one mile past the town of Wemme). Follow 2618 south for approximately four miles to the campground.
