Green Canyon Campground sits in a canyon that was carved out by the scenic Salmon River. The campground sits next to this popular river and is nestled among old-growth trees. There are several hiking trails nearby including those that take you to the surrounding Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness.

Fees:	Camping: $25/night for single site $8/night for extra vehicle $2/night additional charge on all holidays and holiday weekends Day use: $10/day/vehicle Northwest Forest Pass accepted in lieu of day-use fee. Directions:

Directions from Sandy, OR - Travel southeast on Highway 26 to Forest Road 2618 (about one mile past the town of Wemme). Follow 2618 south for approximately four miles to the campground.

Fishing in the Wild and Scenic Salmon river. Fishing is limited to trout during the summer (check local fishing regulations for exact dates and restrictions), but the persistent angler is rewarded with magnificent scenery.
